Told you so.

Banana Ice Cream. I’m spending the day slaving over a hot stove making strawberry jam.  Why?  Probably because I’m crazy.  Or maybe because I got a little overzealous while strawberry picking over the weekend and now have baskets of berries that need to be put to use.  Would I rather be making this banana ice cream?  You bet.  It’s so friggin’ healthy, I can hardly stand it!
